We have been serving our community for over 20 years.
Bletchley Montessori (formerly known as Wind in the Willows) provides childcare for Milton Keynes, the Bletchley community and its surrounding areas.
Our 2021 “Good” Ofsted report commented that “children are happy and safe… children benefit from a broad range of resources that cover all areas of learning”.
OUR CURRICULUM
1. Montessori approach – learning through play.
2. Reading and singing every day – communication and language.
3. Physical development – using gross motor skills and exploring different sports.
4. Development of children’s pen control – fine motor skills through play and expressive arts and design.
5. Experimenting and using technology – understanding of the world.
6. Well-being, sensory and social awareness – communication and language, personal, social, and emotional development.
7. School readiness – independence, resilience, literacy and mathematics.

We enjoy having additional land which allows us to explore with the children and go on nature walks.
We continually engage with the community to create first-hand experiences for our children.
